Meet Our Leaders

Lisa Wilson | President

With a unique talent for motivating her team and her notable technical savvy, Lisa has been integral to the success of OakTree since day one. After graduating Oklahoma State University in 1986 with a Bachelor’s in Computer Programming and Information Science, Lisa started her career as a computer programmer with Amerada Hess. After working as a Senior Systems Developer for Williams Energy, Lisa was part of the four-person team that founded OakTree Software, Inc. in 1995. After buying out her partners’ shares seven years later, Lisa aimed to build a successful company that was conducive to the family lives of its employees. Because of her leadership, OakTree has not only made it through instances of downturn in the economy, but did so in a way worth meriting the company’s addition to the list of 25 Best Small Companies To Work For in the nation by Working Mother Magazine. Lisa is a member of the Tulsa Chamber of Commerce as well as the National Association of Women Business Owners. In addition to her work with OakTree, Lisa works with and supports many local and national charities including Muscular Dystrophy Association, American Cancer Society, Oklahoma Mozart, Meals On Wheels and others.

Bryan Wilson | Vice President

Working from his years of managerial and networking experience in the industrial pump industry, Bryan has successfully managed customer satisfaction at OakTree since 1999. Graduating from Oklahoma State University with a Bachelor’s in Petroleum Engineering Technology in 1987, Bryan worked in sales and management positions for 12 years with industrial pump companies such as Goulds Pump, Best Equipment and Wheatley Gaso. Bryan and Lisa purchased the shares of the founding OakTree shareholders and have helped make OakTree a thriving company where employees enjoy coming to work. In addition to handling customer satisfaction, Bryan also manages OakTree’s marketing efforts to companies and talent alike. Bryan’s vision is simple and has remained successful for years – “build a company where people enjoy going to work each day and make an above average income and the rest will fall into place.” When Bryan isn’t in the office or meeting with clients, he can likely be found enjoying the outdoors while working on his farm in Okfuskee County, Oklahoma.
